Adjust IF statement to reflect new template requirements

On the attached, I have created a template with the help of this great forum - thank you all!

I have a question that I need help with - in cell K10 the value is ($8,317.44), then in cells I31: I45 I have a formula that spreads the ($8,317.44) evenly (so if we have values in I31:I32 then it would place ($4,158.72) in each cell, and if we have values in I31:I33 then it would show ($8,317.44)/3 or ($2,772.48), in those cells.

Anyways, the formula I31:I45 needs to be adjusted to look at the values in E31:E45. So in my example, there is a value in row 31 but the Software list Total for this row is 0 (e31). In this case, we do not want the surrender value in I31 to populate. Instead, we would want the entire value of K10 ($8,317.44) to be populated in I32 because the Software list Total isn't equal to 0. Is there a way to add on to the formula in I31:I45 to make sure there is a value greater than 0 in the software list total for the row and if not, then do not populate a surrender value for that row?
