Dependant drop down list works for some data in table but not others

Hi Everyone,

I have 4 columns that are dependable lists on my spreadsheet and they are labled List 1 to list 4.

with my data is stored in a table, selecting some of the data works right from list 1 to list 4 but others do not for example after selecting - Tall in list 1 and Door Cup 2400H in list 2 List 3 shows nothing when there should be drop down selection.

I've attached the spreadsheet to look at.

any one have any ideas?
