Conditional Formatting Screen Manager too small

I was wondering if anyone would have a suggestion / recommendation on how I can go about getting my Conditional Formatting Screen Manager to increase in size. I can only see a part of the Screen Manager and I am not sure what has occurred to make this happen. I am not able to resize the screen manager as well. Up until today, it has been working just fine and I have been able to view the whole Screen Manager.
I am not sure if this is the place to ask this...however, I am sure with everyone working with Excel that it has to have happened to someone else as well.
Any help or suggestions would be very helpful. Included with the submission is a picture as to what it looks like. Thank you again for any guidance on this.
    Kind regards, Pete

Confirmed - looks like a nasty little bug in the latest update. No good telling us - you need to inform Microsoft!!!

Thank you for getting back with me. I have contacted Microsoft and am still waiting to hear back from them. I just thought I would put this out wherever I could to see if anyone else had any thoughts. Thanks again.

Any information on the conditions that cause this? I am not getting this in Excel 365.

AliGW, I am an office insider as well

Just to update you and anyone else reading these posts...I did speak with several people with Microsoft yesterday and all of them confirmed that the issue I am having with my Conditional Formatting Screen is due to a bug in this most recent update that came out. There is no expanation on why some will have a problem with it and why some will not. That being said, they did assure me that when the newest update comes out, that this will be fixed. I know talk is cheap...however, I will cross my fingers and hope this next update will take care of the problem. Thanks again and take care.

It will depend on the channel the insider is on. Good to know the glitch will be fixed soon. It's very recent, as i had used the CF dialog less than a week before your post and it was fine!

No. What does that mean to us ordinary mortals?

Just wanted to tell you that the new Microsoft Update just fixed the problem of the Conditional Formatting Screen Manager. It is working like it should be. FYI. Thanks
