Several keywords in the same column (to filter)

Hello everybody,

I explain my problem.
I'm trying to put several keywords in the same column to filter them. somethingt like the management of # on twitter.
But with an example it will be clearer :
in the case of a DVD collection, we can easily have a different column for the title, the author; year, etc ...
but when you want to manage the category, it gets complicated, a film can be both SF / Thriller / Animation
so I wish I could put something like #SF #Thriller #Animation in the CATEGORY column
and that at the filter level, I can choose each # separately.
Do you know if i can do in excel?

You can got to text options and search for the word that contains a specific word.
