Stacking if function not working
=IFS(Q2<1.49,"Does not Meet",Q2>=1.5,"Not a Consistent Performer",Q2>=2.5,"Consistent Performer",Q2>3.5,"rock star",TRUE,"F")
Above is my formula.
I would like for the cell to return one of the below messages based on Q2 cell value.
Criteria for if are below:
1 to 1.49 = Does not Meet
1.5 to 2.49 = Is not a consistent Performer
2.5 to 3.45 = Usually a consistent performer
3.5 to 4 = Always performs well
Problem is 2.5 is greater than 1.5 so it meets the condition of >= 1.5 and doesn't get to the 2.5 condition. You need to re-order the conditions.

You may want to consider what happens when Q2 is ;
less than 1,
greater than 4 and
between 3.45 and 3.5
Rule 1: Never merge cells
Rule 2: See rule 1
