Get Date based on Matching criteria

Hi,
I have a excel file in which i'm trying to get the date based on matching criteria, actually i have more than 24000 rows of data for which i have to get the date from another sheet.

I couldn't figure out a VBA solution so decided to work on formulas.

The formula solution worked well when the number of matching rows from the data sheet and report sheet are same but however when the lines are fewer in data sheet my idea didn't worked.

Sorry i couldn't explain well, believe the attached image and the sample excel might brief you more.

I too agree that formula based solution is not faster for this huge amount of data but still no other options i could think.
