Hello all! I am using my phone to do some physics experiments and have 2 columns "Time" and "Gyroscope z (rad/s)". When graphed - the data looks like this:

The periods are the time distance between each peak and each valley which I noted by drawing red squiggles (removing the first and last peak and valley will probably make the data more accurate as well).
I am trying to figure out a way to make excel show me the time intervals, the average of the top intervals, the average of the bottom intervals, the average of all intervals and the standard deviation. Is there a way to do this - I have to imagine there is... here is some sample data and I also attached the excel if anyone has an ideas.
