Formula to get a count

Attached is my document I am having issues with.

I have two different formulas in cells G2 and H2 to get a sum total based on the last number in Column A.

For example:

U12 Boys = U12
U15 Boys/U15 Girls = U15 (since U15 is the last number listed)
U12 Boys/U15 Boys/U18 Boys = U18 (since it is the last number listed)
and so on

The total I have from the formulas both ways equal 183, but the actual total should be 191.

Counts I am getting:
Divisions Total Total
U20 Division 39 39
U18 Division 85 85
U15 Division 45 45
U12 Division 14 14
Total 183 183

Row Count
U20 40
U18 88
U15 49
U12 14
191

Can anyone please help me figure out why the counts are off?
