    Formula for highlighting duplicates with value in different column

    Im looking for all the instances where there is a 2 in column i (MPN) and the matching value in column e (code) has a duplicate.
    I would then like to highlight the duplicates in column e.

    Im using Excel 2010

    Any help appreciated
