    Power Query - Access Web content

    few days ago screwed up with some setting in excel power query & now unable to acces data from that website.. if i open excel files giving error & showing access web content page.. after selecting anonymous option not working & also checked windows & basic options also.. same issue..("we couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided.Please try again") these excel files working in different PC.. so reinstalled windows & office but still same issue.. how to resolve this issue.. attaching the error snapshot for reference.error.JPG

    Welcome to the forum.

    Firstly, check that the credentials you are supplying are correct. Secondly, is this a work computer? If so, it may be firewall related - speak to the IT team.

    Funny - there was another member trying to scrape data from the same site only yesterday ...
