Viewing Security

I have created a worksheet that teams members enter their individual statics on their individual tabs and it does a roll up on the main page. I would like individuals and supervisors to be able to access their own tab, but not all the team members. I.e. I don't want employees shoping to see what others are doing. But I do want everyone to be able to see the roll up for the unit. Can I do this and how. here is a screen shot of the roll up page
