Conditional Formatting to fill Colors using formula

Hi All,

I have a list of names Cell P18-P37
I wanted to fill a color if my list of names in Cell C3-C68 matches my list in Cell P18-P37

I can't seem to make it work using index match


Any Help would be highly appreciated

How about
=MATCH(C3,P$18:P$37,0)
