Select the dropdown in Total will update in that place

Dear friends

I am working on excel I need one help. In my excel I am using lot of sheets (that means I entering data and daily creating new sheet. name is on that date). I enter the iteam cost its automatically changes. Total, Pc5%, 2.50%, 2.50%, Total. Now I Need an idea I will select the dropdown in (J colum) . Total will update in that place I attached the sample sheet also please give me any idea for its
