Question I need a formula to trigger a cell to 'fill' when the solution is <5%

I have a formula that works in the cells and does its job perfectly.

I am trying to take this a step further and have it trigger a 'fill' based upon two different answers.

    Formula for cells in E43 F43 G43 H43 I43: =(E26)/(SUM(E26:I26))

Scenario 1: I want the cells E43 F43 G43 to fill red if the answer is <5%

Scenario 2: I want the cell H43 to fill red if the answer is <5% >50%

In each, the answers in the formula will always be a percentage.

Does anyone know how to write that out in the cell to make each one happen?
