Copy date cell shows 0-Jan-1900 if its empty

    Copy date cell shows 0-Jan-1900 if its empty

    I have date in cell A1, to duplicate if I use =A1 in cell B1.
    If cell A1 has the date it shows up correctly, but if it is empty I get 0-Jan-1900
    How do I get a blank cell instead?

    Appreciate your help.
