Hope all of you are doing great. I made a Excel template using Power Pivot(To get Data from SQL server) and handed over the template to End users for their Testing. But whe they are doing the "refresh', they are getting above mentioned Error. Why is it so? do i need dto update or setup anything in their Excel versions? all those users are using Excel 2016 and above. Some are even on office365 version of excel.
