    columns chart

    Hello,
How can I add to an excel columns chart the following things:
    1. Percents
    2. Sort the columns from largest to samllest?
    3. Show only columns that are higher than 10%?

Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

To upload a file click the Go Advanced button at the foot of your post, look underneath the post area for the Manage Attachments section and take it from there.

    Re: columns chart

As with a lot of charting questions, most of your questions are really spreadsheet questions. The chart itself will not do any of these things, but you can perform each of these tasks in the spreadsheet, and the chart will follow suit.

    1) To get % values in the spreadsheet, you will need to add column(s)/row(s) that compute the desired percentages, then use those column(s)/row(s) in the chart.
    2) To get the data sorted, use the Data->Sort command or the LARGE()/SMALL() functions + a lookup function to sort the data in the spreadsheet. The chart will naturally display the data in the order they appear in the spreadsheet.
    3) You can use a filter (https://www.wikihow.com/Use-AutoFilter-in-MS-Excel ) to display a certain subset of the data in a table, and the chart should follow.
