Vlookup not working properly receiving as #values How to rectify this?

Even though the value 144 in data_table for week 22 actual submission time couldn't able to retrieve in extracted value file using vlookup.getting #values

some more values also like 94 in week 23 plan submission time .

How to solve this issue ?

Your data table is having duplicate values and so you are getting first of it in Cell E71 instead of E72.

VLOOKUP(lookup_value,...)
lookup_value should be single value
A:A is range of value, not single value
Try VLOOKUP(A16,...) instead od VLOOKUP(A:A,...)

How come other records are receiving the values, they also have two values right.
while i am filtering the records , there will be one value right ?
Can you suggest me how to get the values ?

VLOOKUP always get the most first value that matchs. If you wish to get 2nd value, try other function. i.e, =IFERROR(VLOOKUP, LOOKUP)
