    Pivot report. Null values counted

Hi I am creating a Pivot Table from my data of 1's - Column 'R', for example this is how my data is in my data source/sheet:

    'R'
    1

    1

    1
    1
    1

When I drag these 'R' column values into the PivotTable under the Values area, it is counting the Row values, as 7.
However I just want the populated Rows, as a total of 5 (not the 2 Null values), to appear in the Pivot report.

What do I need to do to achieve this? My data has 300,000 of similar values, so the easiest way if possible!

    Thanks so much.

EDIT: I dont wish to use the Filter function in the Pivot report.

It may be easier for someone to help if you would upload a sample .xlsx file showing the source data from post #1 along with the pivot table produced.

In your sample above you have a series of 1 or 'blank'. Are these blanks or 0 (zero)?
In case you have zeros in column R, check 'Value Field Setting' for the R values is set to SUM, not COUNT.
