Label printing in Excel, not Word

Hi all. I wish to produce multiple labels, as a demo is attached. I realise this can be done in Word, but Excel is muh easier to create each label.

The labels are 21 per sheet on A4 (3 x 7)
Each label is 38mm x 63mm, but I do not fully understand between pixels and mm.

So, columns B:G would be a TOTAL of 63mm, rows 2:3, 38mm
