Power Query Combine

Any help would be appreciated.

I need to combine two table that have no common ID

Table1 is a list of PN

PN1
PN2
PN3

Table2 is a list of Types

SO
WO
NET

I need to combine these two table to get an output of two columns

PN1 SO
PN1 WO
PN1 NET
PN2 SO
PN2 WO
PN2 Net
PN3 SO
PN3 WO
PN3 NET

I can do this in access by creating a query with the two tables, but with no join. I want to stay in excel if possible.
