Can anyone help
I am trying to work out how to calculate how long something gets delivered ie within 12 hours, 1 day 2 days and then work out the percentage - can any suggest a method please.

I am sure someone can, but you are very vague in the question. why not attach as per the yellow ribbon a sample with the results you desire

If I understand then a row over row record of deliveries like the one modeled in columns A:C on sheet 1 will be useful.
On sheet 2 the count of deliveries that are expected to be made within a certain time frame, number of hours, is yielded using:Formula:

The drop down references the values in X2:X4 on sheet 2.
