I am facing a doubt here and will be awesome if somebody could help me.

I'am using the formula below inside the CONDITIONAL FORMATTING; the idea is to return RED if we have different number/content

=(INDEX($X$45:$X$1000;MATCH(F51;$U$45:$U$1000;0)))

It worked great with TEXT, but when I applied it to NUMBERs and DATEs did not work; keeps RED always, even when I change the number/content (only turned out the RED when I delete all content).

In details:
"F2" has KEYs number that changes everytime AND "U2" has also KEYs that changes everytime AND I need, based on a MATCH of these KEYs, take a content from "X2" to check if this number has also changed in another cell "I2" ("I2" is correlated with the first KEY ("F2") - all of this with conditional formatting.
