How to reference a column name of a table

    HI

How can I only reference the column name of the right table to the column name of left table ( NOT WHOLE TABLE ONLY COLUMN NAME) .

For example when I change the name of first column in the left table from ""column 1"" to "AA" the name of the column 1 in right table will be changed from ""column 1"" to ""AA"" AUTOMATICALLY.

    THANK YOU
