    Counting frequency a text appears in a cell within a column

    Hi Everyone,

    I've been working on a project for fun and I'm struggling to type a formula to count the number of times a text appears in a different cell within that column.

    Please see attached for an example. Been trying COUNTIFs and VLOOKUPs, etc. but to no success. Help with the formula would be greatly appreciated!
