Help me normalize/pivot this data?

I have this phone list which is basically employees and their assistants. It's stored in a really unhygienic manner. The screen shot probably does enough to explain the problem to normal people. But here are the characteristics that I notice:

President is all caps, LAST, FIRST
Vice president is lower case, First M Last
Vice president is indented
Some presidents have more than one VP
Some presidents do not have a VP

Is there a way to automate transformation of this data?
