Conditional Formatting does not work

Hi All

I have created a new conditional formatting rule:
=LEN($A:$A)=0 (no fill), the cells were still highlighted in red fill.

You can use =$A1="" and mark must stop if true.

Thank you for your reply. I tried your method, however ROW 73 was not highlighted with the colour codes and ROW 96 & ROW 100 were highlighted in red colour codes. Is there a way to fix this?
