I'm having a problem with my current index and match formula attached. I'd like to do a sum and division for certain ranges and put some kind of drop down key (date) on the left row so whenever I change the date it will give me the percentage.

Im sure there is a simpler way, but this works...
=(SUMIF($A$2:$A$33,">="&$A$36,B2:B33)-SUMIF($A$2:$A$33,">="&$A$36,C2:C33))/SUMIF($A$2:$A$33,">="&$A$36,C2:C33)
