IFS which returns all true values

Dear community,

I am very new here, I hope this is the right sub for my problem.

I need to find a formula or VBA Macro returning the following:

I column A I have Activities that that are being monitored quarterly. Many people have access and often change dates in column B-M.
In column N I need a formula/VBA Macro to display the results in order to make them PivotTable friendly.

For example in (N4) there needs to be displayed "III 18, III 19, II 20, 02.21
