ctrl+Home and ctrl+END doesnt work

Hi,
can anybody tell me why ctrl+home doesn't goes to A1 cell? it is not always the case but in several times if the file was created on a different PC. I am using o365.
Transition navigation keys is checked on.

some laptops use: Fn-Ctl-Home

Do you have any Freeze Panes set for those sheets it where it doesn't go to A1?
