Excel Case Study Help

I'm currently working on a case study for a finance class and was hoping someone can assist me with the formulas / putting it together given it seems fairly complex. Instructions are in the attached. And it's okay to add rows / columns to make the formulas work. I'm trying on my end however to no avail. as such if someone can help complete it'll by very much appreciated.
