Inventory counting sheet and produce a packing list using barcode scanner.

Hello everyone,

so I have the attached packing/Counting list
I use a barcode scanner to count the products (one by one) and have the information of them on the sheet named "assortment" as shown. I do this manually, unfortunately!
is there any chance to have the "assortment" sheet automated by formulas? only with scanning the barcodes at sheet named "Reader" in columns "Item Barcode READER" and "Box Barcode READER"? and the others will be automatically read?

I'd really appreciate it if you can help me with this and teach me how to do it
