Round cell value up down to nearest .25

Hello,

In column A I have values that need to be rounded up/down to the nearest .25 in column B.

example

A1 has a value of .23, it would be rounded down to 0
A2 has a value of .48, it would be rounded up to .50

I appreciate any help on this.

Can you explain the logic?

.23 rounded to nearest .25 should be .25 and not zero.

Did you mean rounded to nearest .5?

If so, you'd use MROUND(A1,1/2), or MROUND(A1,0.5)
