    COUNT-IF Problem Between Two Dates and Remove Sign

    Dear All,
    i am working on a sheet using a formula COUNTIFS to calculate between two dates. formula is not giving perfect result as i wish in sheet2. in sheet1 column B to remove sign Single quote on TEXT but failed, i am using TEXT to Column to remove this but failed. can any body tell me how to remove this sign stating on a TEXT column B then sheet2 COUNTIFS formula problem?
