Conditional Format If Cell in Column A differs from Cells in Column B and C

    HI all,

I have tried to make this work myself but unfortunately do not have the knowledge to do it, I have attached a test document to show what data i am using.

Summery, Columns A, B and C have YES or NO on each row, I need Columns B and C to format RED if their Cell Differs from the adjacent Cell in Column A, For instance Cell A1 has "YES", But B1 and C1 both have "NO", I would like the conditional format to highlight B1 and C1 as red because they differ from A1, I am wanting this format to be able to cop down so it highlights all cells in columns b and c that do not match it adjacent cell in column A.

Hopefully i have explained that correctly?, I assume its a formulated conditional format but can't seem to get that to work, can you help?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

The conditional format rule you need is
    =$A1<>B1
    applies to: =$B:$C

    ..see attached
