Progress matrix to be represented in Graph with % completion

Dear All,

I have a worksheet which i maintain simply in a matrix table to track activity completion against each SKU. I have 11 SKUs in total & there are 11 activities which are standard for each SKU.

I need to represent this table in a graphical format showing % completion against each SKU & also it should show overall % completion. Could be just an arbitrary approach.

One way of arriving at the desired outcome would be Conditional Formatting.
Format your cell for status "done" and fill it with desired color combinations.
A sample sheet is attached herewith.
