    Multiple Match Criteria

Im a little stuck on an issue im trying to resolve - obviously thats why im here right?

I have some raw data that im trying to organize on separate tabs. What Im stuck on is getting a formula that will pulled data based on the physicians and the type of visit. Can see on the tabs the data im trying to get.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi day92,

I realize you've posted in the Formulas forum, but would you be interested in taking a look at this VBA routine? Just click on the button on the Data tab.

With a macro this works, but even with a Formula you might want to consider this setup, then a Formula will be easier to handle. At least for me.

    Hey Jeff,

Hey VBA works for me, did you upload something? Where are you referencing the data tab?

I changed the set up and was able to write something. Thanks for your assistance. I will keep the Macro in my back pocket.
