Using Values Input from Barcode # Scanner to Adjust a Basic Inventory Master List?

I have attached a sample basic master inventory list of products which are in our warehouse. What I want to accomplish is, with a basic barcode scanner, have quantities be removed from our attached master list (one scan, one unit removal ideally) when we scan our items that we ship out every morning.

If you are unfamiliar with how a barcode scanner inputs the barcode #s into an Excel spreadsheet, you can see a quick 15 second example at 1:15 in a YouTube video called "How to Track Inventory in Excel with a Barcode Scanner" by POSCatch (I am unable to post links here due to my newness). The number that is generated from the barcode scan is the same number in the "BARCODE #" column in the attached sample master inventory list.

The items don't actually have to be removed AS we scan, they can certainly be removed after we finish scanning the entire batch of say 50 items each morning, but the main goal here is to have a current and updated master inventory reference. I'm sure a VLOOKUP would be involved in this process, but I'm not really sure how to set something like that up with having to enter new scans daily in regards to not overwriting the numbers from the previous scan qty adjustment, etc.
