Need formula to calculate total time

Hi there, I need to update my formula for my "Actual production on time" column in the attached excel sheet, in which it should take into account the start date for the DE Task only. I have made the formula I just want to add the "start date" (which is in column F) condition in it. Could some one please help me with it?

you can just add ",$F$2:F2,F2" after your "DE" in the Formula;

I am confused. All the start dates are the same!! What do uyou want to happen? Please amend your sheet and show some manually calculated expected results.

But try this as well:
=IF(OR(D2 < > "DE",K2<>"Completed"),"",SUMIFS($J$2:J2,$D$2:D2,"DE",$K$2:K2,"Completed"))
