Need a small formula to get the result in the table. Looking for how many Laptops are in completed state and Pending state and same for desktop.

Apologies my mistake i missed the title, future i will take care of that with out fail.

This formula in cell I3 should give you laptop completed

=COUNTIFS($C$2:$C$27,$G3,$D$2:$D$27,I$2)
