    search find and list

    Sir i have a list of students prize data of my school
    i need to get a list of data for each class separately
    i had shown an example in the attached file
    Please help

    This is a bit involved.

    If it were me I would use helper columns as I have in the attached.

    To find the common row numbers this helper formula in N14 filled down until you get blanks.
