Formula Auto-fill Pattern Recognition

Hi all.

I want to use the sumif function and it works when I select the two columns as the ranges. However I need it to skip five columns when I drag the formula. For example the formula is sumif(C:C,$A$5,E:E) the next column I want it to be sumif(H:H,$A$5,J:J) but when I drag the formula it returns sumif(D:D,$A$5,F:F), How to I get the pattern to skip the five columns.
