Is it possible to freeze/lock cells at the right of scroll-able cells?

    Using Office365.
I have a work sheet that has two sections. Section-1 is from Cell A-3 to I-333 and Section-2 is from Cell J-3 to s-35.
Is it possible that I can freeze Section-2 cells while being able to scroll down in Section-1 cells?
