Dropdown box cascading selections

Is there a way to pre-select choices in following dropdown box selections? Ex: If in dropdown box 1, I choose a car manufacturer ( Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet), can dropdown box 2 be auto configured to only give me the options of the manufacturer chosen and not all of the options from the other manufacturers?
