Sumifs if one value is true

    Hi All--

Let me give some background here:

On tab 3, there is data that matches with some data in tab 2. If the data matches, it will come back as TRUE in column F

On tab 2, I want to create a column that shows the summed revenue (Sums of Column G on both tabs) from that data that is TRUE on tab 3.

Not sure how to go about the SUMIFS formula considering I've never done one before, nor do I understand how to read a sumifs formula. Any and all is greatly greatly appreciated. Thank you!

00's of rows and only 2 matches???

    In D2:
    =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C2,'2'!B:C,2,FALSE),"")

    and in H2

    =IF(F2=TRUE,SUMIF('2'!B:B,'3'!C2,'2'!G:G),"")

    all copied down.

So that 2nd formula pulls in the revenue from tab 2, which is helpful!! So thank you!

BUT what i am hoping to do, is in a new column on Tab 2, create a summed revenue (of revenue in column G on tab 2 and column G on tab 3) IF Column F is True

Re: Sumifs if one value is true

    Try this in I2:

    =IFERROR(IFERROR(1/(1/SUMIFS('3'!G:G,'3'!C:C,B2,'3'!F:F,TRUE)),"")+G2,"")

    Drag the formula down.

    There are 3 non-blank results.

    In 2, I2, copied down:

    =SUMIFS('3'!G:G,'3'!C:C,'2'!B2,'3'!F:F,TRUE)
