Is it possible to change a part of a link according to cell value?

I want to autopopulate a database based on excel documents that constantly tick in. I have linked each cell in the database to cells in the files, but the path to each file changes, so I need to change the link.

An example. File V00001 ticks in. Cell A2 contains the following link: ='//XXXXXXXXX-my.sharepoint.com/personal/YYYYYYYYYYY/Documents/[V00001.xlsx]VRF'!$D$56

File V00002 ticks in, and the link: ='//XXXXXXXXX-my.sharepoint.com/personal/YYYYYYYYYYY/Documents/[V00001.xlsx]VRF'!$D$56 should now be ='//XXXXXXXXX-my.sharepoint.com/personal/YYYYYYYYYYY/Documents/[V00002.xlsx]VRF'!$D$56

How do I make that change automatically? I cant change it based on cell value.

Please help me, my current situation is sooo time consuming.
