Number Sequence Wise in Two Columns

I need to this type Sr# number in two different columns for adding Blank cells in my Master Sheet please help this issue. And also file attached.

As per your data not clear idea. But i guess in master sheet extract data for master sheet.
In Master sheet in "B2"

Formula:

=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet1!$B$2:$B$13,MATCH($A2,Sheet1!$C$2:$C$13,0)),"")

"A2" to "A13" is Data for Adding Blank cells

My mistake i cannot explain properly but i want Sr # Like 1 2 3 then skip 4 5 & 6 7 8 & then skip 9 10....
And 1 2 3 6 7 8..... i want in B column and 4 5 9 10 ..... i want in C column. Hopefully I explain my problem.

You say that find out missing number from range? If this is correct >

you solve half my problem but half problem still ahead.
Look at that first Column, Simple i fill number in column like
Column A

3
6
7
8
Now i drag with fill handle below then skip two next numbers 9 and 10,

12
13

Now help me in first column.

What does "Sr#" mean please? be aware not everybody understands technical jargon. The more people who understand the title, the more chance you have to get help.
