Need help with linking cells to each other

i am going to type this in order (Backwords)so it helps as my mind is blank. might be an easier way but this is the idea I think of.

step 1 defence layout sheet cell K3 (if greater than 700 will turn back colour red or if cell J3 has a tick in greater the 800 will turn red) the code information is in sheet Code cell C3

step 2 defence layout sheet cell J3 add a tick box (datasheet cell X10 I added this if needed) and (in sheet code cell B3 if needed) the box is there to show add 100 or not that's all

step 3 Code sheet cell A3 when the user inputs the list from Sheet defence layout from cell E3 - I3 (the units is the text but in this box, all I need is the box next to it from sheet Data Cell next to the unit there picked)
