Conditional Formatting based on another cells Conditional Formatting

Hi

For the attached sheet, I'm trying to create a system that marks todays date in cell O4 with green in the table, and any date before that date with red. But I also want the cell to the right of the dates in the table to be marked with the same color as the ones in conditional formatting.

If possible, I need it to be done without VBA.
