send a value to a cell based on a chosen radio button

    Hello All,

I am trying to get a assessment questionnaire to populate scores to their appropriate place once a answer is made. I am attaching a dummy file (for simplification and file size) that has 4 questions with 3 button choices each and a place for the scores to go. I would like to have a person chose a button answer and if they chose the "never" a "1" populates to the G cell for the question. If "sometimes" then a "2" populates and if an "often" a "3" populates. I used a "form control" button for the example but am open to what I need. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Hello! This should work for you. You don't need to use a Macro to accomplish this, but unfortunately, it does require the use of checkboxes instead of buttons. I won't be the best person to ask if you are intending to use a macro - sorry. I tried to format the checkboxes to make them look like buttons though. But, once you have set up the checkboxes, an IF statement will take care of the rest. I have attached the form that I was working with. Let me know if this works for you!

    Thanks
